1.How do I cancel my appointment?(The email confirmation that clients receive when the appointment is set for that "specific appointment" allows you to cancel your appointment.Click the link towards the bottom of the email and follow the steps accordingly.) (IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU SAVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.)
*FYI* You can NOT cancel an appointment thru a reminder email.
2.Can I call to cancel my appointment?(It's the client responsibility to cancel their own appointment, So pls. keep your confirmation email; "Clients that need to cancel the day of their appointment or less than 12hrs must call the salon to cancel; you "will not" be able to do that online, at that point.

3.How long do I have to cancel my appointment before being charged a cancellation fee?(To avoid the cancellation fee, clients must cancel appointments within 24 hours for that "specific appointment".)
4.What if a day or time that I want to schedule isn't available?(Appointment times and days are on a first come first serve basis. Client's may check the schedule periodically to see if a client has canceled for that particular day they are seeking ; if a client does cancel that time will become available immediately, allowing clients to select the day and time that's available.)
5.What if I scheduled an appointment on a "Tuesday" and noticed "Friday"is now available and I want that appointment?(First you must cancel your initial appointment (ex.Tuesday)and then schedule the appointment you want.(ex.Friday.) Please be sure to cancel the appointment you are NOT wanting to avoid a "double booking fee.",as other client's may be waiting for that appointment.)
6.How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?(14days, as 1 day passes, another day becomes available, If you are trying to schedule an appointment within that 14day period and the days/times are "grayed" out that means the schedule is booked. (Refer to question #4) If you are trying to schedule after the 14day time period allowed those days will automatically show "not available", because again you can only schedule 14 days in advance.)
7.How can I contact Keitra if I have a general hair question and she can't be reached by phone?(Simply click on the "contact tab" submit your inquiry and Keitra will reply accordingly.) (Do Not use this tab to schedule/cancel appointments.)
8. Does Keitra do extentions?(No; because Keitra truly promotes healthy hair she does not do extentions/weave.)
9.There will be a $25 fee for not canceling or showing up to your appointment, Do NOT schedule your next appointment until your able to pay this fee.(During holiday weeks this fee is $35!)
